Job Overview
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives
- Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Ensure that user stories are understood and agreed upon by both the development team and stakeholders
- Break down high-level requirements into smaller, actionable pieces
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.
- Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that meet business needs
- Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with best practices
- Coordinate and participate in testing activities, including the development of test plans and scripts
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed
- Automate major ServiceNow Modules using ServiceNow ATF application
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary
- Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaborative
