The Testing & Analytics Analyst independently performs retirement plan compliance testing, employer contribution calculations, client-data analysis, and plan-document review within established procedures, regulatory guidance, and departmental controls. The role manages an assigned workload, validates results for completeness and accuracy, communicates testing outcomes and corrective requirements, and supports internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst serves as a knowledgeable resource for routine and moderately complex questions and escalates novel, ambiguous, sensitive, or higher-risk matters to a Senior Analyst or department leadership. The position also participates in approved process, reporting, documentation, control, and automation improvements. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, technical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to support internal and external stakeholders, resolve questions, manage deadlines, and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies. Essential Functions · Perform annual non-discrimination testing, including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 402(g), 415, and other required compliance testing based on plan provisions. · Review, analyze, and validate client data for completeness and accuracy to support compliance testing, plan analytics, and contribution calculations. · Research, interpret, and apply plan documents and ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements within established procedures, regulatory guidance, and departmental standards to determine testing requirements and corrective actions; escalate novel, ambiguous, or higher-risk matters to a Senior Analyst or department leadership. · Communicate testing results, annual expectations, deadlines, and corrective solutions professionally and accurately to internal stakeholders, account managers, clients, and partners. · Serve as a knowledgeable resource for routine and moderately complex questions from internal stakeholders regarding assigned plan analytics, compliance testing processes, and employer-contribution work. · Manage assigned workload, ticket queues, and departmental reporting to ensure adherence to internal goals, regulatory deadlines, and service-level agreements. · Research, investigate, and resolve testing, data, and calculation questions while escalating concerns and providing guidance to management as needed. · Support the investigation and resolution of internal and external client inquiries and escalations related to compliance testing, analytics, and project work; resolve matters within established authority and escalate complex, sensitive, or higher-risk issues as appropriate. · Identify process-improvement opportunities and participate in approved procedure, workflow, reporting, control, and automation improvements by testing changes, documenting results, and providing implementation feedback. · Assist with maintaining proc
