Job Overview
Articulate, evaluate and design business processes, facilitate the delivery of business content to a department/unit.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and provide operational support in financial, administrative, systems, and operational activities of a business unit.
- Assist with determining best practices and developing actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to support the organizational decision-making process. May be requested to create executive summaries and benchmark reports.
- Analyze the business objectives of the department and develop solutions.
- Support report and analytics solutions within one or more business units.
- Contribute as an influencing partner of a small cross functional team to implement business processes.
- May lead and communicate business workflows and processes to team members.
- May represent administrators on committees and attend meetings on behalf of administrator.
- Assist staff with problem resolution and research related to operational, IT systems, and business office processes, procedures, and policies.
- Recommend policy and procedure changes.
