Position Description
The Senior Financial Analyst (Hospice Finance Business Partner, Commissions & Sales Support) serves as a critical strategic and operational finance leader embedded directly within the Hospice service line. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, budgeting, and corporate reporting for hospice operations, acting as a trusted advisor to clinical, regional, and business development leadership.
This position functions as a premier finance partner to the sales and business development teams, providing proactive sales enablement, ROI evaluations on marketing initiatives, territory profitability analysis, and pipeline insights. Additionally, this role completely owns the end-to-end commission and incentive compensation lifecycles—ensuring that sales enablement strategies align perfectly with accurate payouts, growth metrics, data integrity, and healthcare compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Operational Partnering & Hospice Metrics
Hospice Operational Partnership: Partner with clinical directors, regional vice presidents, and corporate leaders to provide strategic financial guidance, manage hospice Revenue & OPEX budgets, and support program expansions.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Own and maintain robust financial models to drive the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for hospice programs and branches.
