As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, operational execution, and client servicing of Executive Deferred Compensation (EDC) plans. You will serve as the primary point of contact for plan administrators, ensuring clear communication, effective issue resolution, and an exceptional client experience while maintaining ownership of critical recordkeeping activities, transaction processing, and participant account maintenance.
In this role, you will combine technical expertise, operational excellence, and client-facing professionalism to ensure accurate and timely plan administration in accordance with plan provisions and applicable guidelines. You will also act as a key liaison between operations and ADP GPT, supporting system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, validation, and ongoing monitoring to ensure a high-quality client experience.
The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise, technical proficiency, and strong client relationship management skills with a proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership in a highly accountable environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Plan Administration & Recordkeeping
- Maintain ownership of Executive Deferred Compensation plan recordkeeping activities, including payroll processing, contribution reconciliation, investment option updates, dividend posting, participant account maintenance, statement generation, and participant distributions.
- Process transactions accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with plan provisions and applicable guidelines.
- Monitor plan activity, identify discrepancies, and take proactive action to resolve issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of participant and plan data across all administrative activities.
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EDC plan administrators through phone and email interactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
