Solstice Advanced Materials is looking for a Data Analyst to support our Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program across the EU and UK / US.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and insight generation.
This role can be located in Morris Plains, NJ or Geismar, LA.
Key Responsibilities
Map and track EPR obligations across Solstice businesses in the EU and UK / across US States and Canada
Collect, validate, and analyze packaging, sales, and environmental data
Investigate and implement alternative compliant packaging types (FF1) in partnership with Logistics and Manufacturing organizations
Support regulatory reporting and monthly leadership reporting
Maintain accurate data within EPR management systems and reporting tools
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve data quality and compliance
Work with stakeholders across the business to resolve data issues and improve processes
Support audits, evidence gathering, and continuous improvement activities
Help translate complex sustainability data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
