Vanguard’s Technology Leadership Program (TLP) is designed to develop the next generation of IT leaders through hands-on experience, collaboration, and rotational learning. Through three unique rotations, you will build deep expertise in data and analytics while developing the leadership skills needed to drive strategic impact across Vanguard. As part of the Technology Leadership Program in the Data Analyst track, you’ll transform data into insights that inform business strategy, improve operations, and enhance client experiences. Your work will focus on solving meaningful business problems by analyzing data, identifying trends, and communicating insights that drive action. Through real-world assignments and collaboration with business and technology partners, you’ll gain exposure to how data enables Vanguard to serve clients more effectively. The Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed for graduating students ready to begin their careers in technology. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gaining exposure to different business areas, data domains, and analytical challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time.
