Education
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Experience
Required: Three years’ relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be proficient in the use of computer applications and database management.
Requires medical terminology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Prepare and distribute standardized trending, statistical, and special-request reports that are accurate, complete, timely, and data-driven for leadership decision-making.
Analyze, validate, and monitor departmental data to ensure accuracy, integrity, compliance, and consistency prior to report distribution.
Maintain confidential databases, filing systems, and reporting records to support secure data management and efficient information retrieval.
Provide analytical support through data collection, data entry coordination, audits, research, investigations, and follow-up reporting to identify operational concerns and trends.
Develop customized reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support Director, leadership, and departmental operational goals.
