Reporting directly to the Manager Solutions Support within the Systems department, the AI Data Specialist will support the development roadmap for the Scope AI agent by preparing and maintaining data ingested by the AI model, refining prompts to improve user interaction, auditing outputs to ensure accuracy of responses, and other related duties as required. The Scope AI agent is an exciting new feature that will help our designer users navigate more efficiently and confidently through their projects, and this role has plenty of opportunity for growth and advancement.

How success is defined:
Work with others on the Scope team to achieve key development and implementation milestones on the AI agent roadmap.
Develop, manage, and maintain data related to products, design applications, design standards, and other lighting & technology topics for use with our Scope AI agent.
Collaborate with internal teams such as design and project engineering to source and review new content and material.
Analyze outputs from the AI agent on an ongoing basis to continually improve accuracy and utility.
Assist with prompt engineering to refine AI agent responses and enhance user interaction.
Attend industry specific trainings and stay current on technologies and products.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree required in data management, data analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience with AI models or software/app development preferred. Relevant
