The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a AI Use Case and ROI Business Analyst for an active RFP opportunity: Pinellas County RFP 26-0564 - Artificial Intelligence Strategic Roadmap and Governance Framework Consultant.
Pinellas County seeks consulting services to develop an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework covering current-state readiness, governance structures, responsible-use policy, use case identification, ROI analysis, workforce change management, vendor/procurement strategy, and a three-to-five-year implementation roadmap.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate use case discovery, evaluate 15 to 25 candidate AI initiatives, prioritize 5 to 10 pilots, and build business cases with feasibility, risk, complexity, cost, service improvement, and ROI analysis.
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
