Position Overview:
This position leverages quantitative skills to amplify content across multiple digital channels, reporting on performance metrics, and analyzing these metrics to drive engagement and lead generation for both B2B and B2C channels. Understands various digital channels, distributing content and utilizing business judgement to optimize results.

Essential Functions:

  • Uses funnel analytics to understand user behavior from initial engagement through conversion. Contributes to identifying key areas for improvement and supports the implementation of strategies to optimize performance.
  • Assists in analyzing campaign performance data to support client acquisition efforts. Utilizes provided tools and guidance to help ensure campaigns are effectively attracting and converting leads.
  • Participates in conducting A/B testing on strategies to help identify the most effective approaches for driving user engagement and progression through the funnel. Assists with the implementation of adjustments to improve performance.
  • Continuously tracks and monitors strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Partnering with team members, implements adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assists with the Implementation of campaigns across multiple channels to amplify content reach and engagement, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact.
  • Works closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Assists the Manager Marketing Operations and Sr. Marketing Analyst in developing hypotheses and strategies, using various methodologies and frameworks to test and refine campaign approaches.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing or related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience in financial sector preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience with analytical reporting tools.
  • Solid knowledge of the financial industry and competitor’s products.
  • Basic organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Understanding of analytical techniques, statistical analysis, and data management.
  • Understanding of major digital marketing channels and their respective tools and features, including content management and analytics functionalities.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with multi-touch attribution models.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently; self-starter; highly creative.
  • Valid driver’s license.
