Come work with me and our talented super smart team! 👋 We’re hiring an associate or senior associate analyst to join our team at Golin Ketchum in SF or LA! 👋 This person would work within our West Coast analytics team. The role This is a hybrid position that requires being in our San Francisco or Los Angeles office three days a week, so candidates should be based within commuting distance of one of those offices. You’ll be a day-to-day contributor to client programs, turning data into stories and recommendations that build and protect brands. What you’ll do Run social and media audits, dashboards, and cadence reporting in tools like Talkwalker and Meltwater Set KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement strategies tied to client priorities Turn data into clear, actionable insights and reports Support survey design and analysis What you bring A genuine curiosity about what makes people and culture tick. We can teach you the tools, but we can’t teach curiosity, and it’s what turns numbers into insight A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field Experience with social and media analytics tools, Excel, and/or dashboards Survey methodology experience Strong writing, presentation, and time management skills If this sounds like you, send me a DM!
