This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.
The Associate Marketing Analyst - E-Commerce will drive qualitative analysis for Graco’s Ecommerce and Digital CX platforms. Utilizing reporting tools to manage, ingest and analyze data; and present findings on customer experience and loyalty data. The data will be ingested from a variety of sources such as web traffic, paid media platforms, custom surveys, ratings and reviews, chat information, and more. The Associate Marketing Analyst - E-Commerce will work within the Marketing Data & Analytics team; and will be responsible for delivering concise and sharable insights to internal stakeholders on the central marketing and business unit teams.
What You Will Do at Graco
Compile, analyze, and report on web traffic, e-commerce, product information, sales, and more. Deliver insights across Graco’s marketing organization.
Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to develop comprehensive and standardized dashboards to present key metrics and trends in a clear, engaging manner that supports strategic decision-making.
Support ad-hoc analyses to understand marketing’s impact on the business, investigate emerging trends, and diagnose data discrepancies.
Concisely and clearly report findings to a wide range of business stakeholders to drive One Graco business strategy.
