We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Associate Vehicle Data Analyst.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, investigating complex problems, identifying patterns, and transforming information into actionable insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the quality, coverage, and performance of our vehicle diagnostic solutions for major North American automotive brands.
As an Associate Vehicle Data Analyst, you will leverage vehicle diagnostic data, service information, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, uncover root causes of issues, and support strategic product decisions. You will work closely with software developers, validation teams, content authors, and global engineering organizations to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Investigation
- Analyze vehicle diagnostic data, validation results, quality metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Perform root-cause investigations to determine underlying causes of product quality issues and coverage gaps.
- Research and interpret OEM service information, repair procedures, and vehicle system documentation to support product
