Functional Description:
- Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, conformance with procedures, appropriation laws, and regulations.
- Analyze budgeting and accounting reports. Utilize Navy ERP (N-ERP).
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Budget Analyst, you are responsible for providing the Appropriation BFMs support in managing budget requirements and executing financial spend plans for Nuclear Command, Control and Communication (NC3) aircraft. NC3 mission aircraft are in-service requiring management and execution of funds for sustainment and readiness while the recapitalization program has started the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase as an acquisition category (ACAT) I program. The position would be responsible for supporting the PMA-271 BFM team in coordinating and tracking financial requirements, budget exe
