About the Role
The primary role of the Business Analyst is to act as a liaison between the client team, business, and IT in the development of system enhancements and online tools. Implement technology and process-based solutions by determining the requirements for a project or program, analyzing and documenting them, and communicating them to stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensures requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
- Provides client management system and website production issue research and support, including managing any clean-up required for customer files. This entails working with various teams, carriers, and vendors.
- Identifies, verifies, and documents functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools.
