DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position supports the business processes, system functions, and project coordination needed to maintain the statewide real estate management system. As a Business Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties:

System Support: Assist with TRIRIGA functionality by coordinating needs, reviewing system issues, and supporting development activities

Inventory Management: Audit agency records and maintain accuracy of Commonwealth land and building data

Requirement Development: Work with staff and stakeholders to propose system improvements and create business requirements

User Training: Provide classroom, virtual, and individual training for TRIRIGA users and maintain instructional materials

Issue Coordination: Manage reporting and change requests to support problem resolution and system updates

System Administration: Support TRIRIGA administration tasks to help maintain access, user support, and project readiness
