We own and manage around 9,000 properties throughout Scotland and our c.1,200 employees provide a range of housing and care services, social enterprises, skills, training and employment opportunities. About the Role To help us achieve this, we’re looking to appoint a Business Analyst to identify, lead and support the delivery of business change across Hillcrest. Collaborating with teams across all companies and departments, you will gather, interpret, and leverage business intelligence to inform strategic and operational decisions. This role is instrumental in shaping more efficient processes and systems that enhance our organisational performance and the customer experience. About You You will: Have experience of gathering and analysing business intelligence to support strategic and operational decision-making and defining business requirements Have experience of scoping requirements for the integration of systems and the development of business processes Have excellent digital skills including a high level of competence with M365 applications, and experience of using advanced data software such as Power BI or equivalent Have the ability to evidence effective listening, comprehension, communication, collaboration and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation Please note: interviews are likely to take place week commencing Monday, 5 October 2026.
