We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst III to support a major Enterprise Information Management (EIM) initiative for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise metadata, AI enablement, data governance, and analytics initiatives that directly support statewide healthcare programs and strategic decision making.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping develop enterprise metadata, business glossaries, data lineage, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gather and analyze complex business and technical requirements.
- Translate metadata acquisition and operational requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, project sponsors, subject matter experts, and IT teams.
- Develop and maintain enterprise business glossaries and metadata documentation.
- Analyze metadata from multiple internal and external data sources.
- Support enterprise data lineage initiatives and metadata enrichment activities.
