Business Analyst
Contract:
12-Months (No C2C or Third-Party Vendors)

Tallahassee, Florida (5 days, onsite)
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, business process analysis, process modeling, and documentation across enterprise application and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with gap analysis, translating business requirements into technical specifications, SDLC, testing/QA, and collaborating with technical and functional teams to drive process improvement and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation, including independently facilitating sessions with executives, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
Strong experience with requirements gathering, as-is/to-be analysis, gap analysis, process modeling, business cases, and workflow documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping and modeling
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, use cases, business rules, and other functional/technical documentation
Knowledge of data migration, testing/quality assurance methodologies, and change and release management
Strong understanding of the SDLC, IT infrastructure, and application development practices
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, written communication, and presentation skills<
