The Administrative Office of the Courts is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the internal systems used by Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) staff. In this dynamic role, you will help shape technology and business processes by gathering business requirements, performing high-level systems analysis, and contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that ensure reliable and effective internal applications.
Working under the general guidance of a supervisor in the Court Services Division, you’ll collaborate with a wide network of partners business and technical staff across AOC, other state agencies, technology vendors, and many others. Your work will focus on understanding system user needs and capturing the requirements that drive application development, enhancements, configuration, and testing.
This is an independent, hands-on role where you’ll have room to think critically and make informed decisions. While many tasks follow established procedures, you’ll also encounter situations that call for interpretation, thoughtful problem-solving, and the development of new approaches.
