- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements for assigned initiatives
- Manage requirement changes, ensuring traceability, version control, and auditability throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Develop clear acceptance criteria, use cases, and user stories that support design, build, and testing activities
- Ensure requirements reflect both business needs and downstream operational considerations
- Analyze current‑state and future‑state business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain process flows, functional models, and solution documentation (e.g., workflows, wireframes where applicable)
