BE is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. 

To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:

• Working with client users & managers to understand and create functional requirements.


• Document, define and review detailed business and functional requirements.


• Work closely with developers and support staff to build custom applications.


• Review, approve and prioritize change requests.


• Conduct user focus sessions and be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, development, testing and deployment).


• Support user community including participating in conferences, conference calls and training sessions.

• Five (5) years’ experience relating to application development or support


• Experience in designing and facilitating user focus sessions


• Experience in designing and facilitating solution envisioning sessions


• Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills


• 5 years working experience in fields that relates to software application development, testing, support, technical writing or training


• Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player


• Knowledge of Job Corps operations and policy


• Software development skills such as system analysis, prototyping, SQL, Use Case modeling and database modeling
