Job Function:
Collect and analyze information related to service level agreements, contracts or processes. Assist with compiling and reviewing information and estimates on distribution and transmission work. Assist with business process development needs, and participate in the provision of liaison and project integration. Provide advice and direction on processes related to service level agreements and contracts
Job Description:
- Collect and analyze large volumes of data related to service level agreements, key performance indicators and Distribution work programs
- Work with various stakeholders to define and develop business reporting for Distribution work programs leveraging tools such as Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Excel, Access, SharePoint, and SAP
- Prepare reports and provide information, data or advice in response to internal and external requests
- Utilize computer systems, software and analytical techniques to carry out forecasting and analytical studies to interpret and assess the execution of work programs within the Distribution business
- Develop and document and/or utilize systems for the collecting, analyzing, presenting and reporting of information and estimates related to service levels, contracts, spend and accomplishments
- Perform monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis activities for the Distribution Analytics team. This includes development and maintenance of scorecards, dashboards, performance metrics to support monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of Distribution work programs, reports to support business planning, and others.
- Prepare analysis and initiate studies or investigations where opportunities for improvement are apparent. This includes collaborating with other lines of businesses and analyzing operational, financial and productivity data to measure efficiency, track savings initiatives.
- Assist in discussions, problem solving a
