Job Description:
Location Details: Remote Location.
Position Schedule / Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Position Summary: Serves as a team member in designing, developing, implementing, and/or supporting moderately complex Salesforce based solutions. Supports project tasks and codes and test programs and develops system documentation (e.g.; structure charts, screen designs, data flow diagrams, file layouts, report layouts, and job run descriptions) in accordance with IS standards.

Qualifications:
Required
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
- College coursework in Computer Science or Information Systems
Experience:
- Distributed, and/or web-based system development
- Programming languages (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, Java or Python)
- Database management systems (e.g., IMS DB, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Access)
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and REST/SOAP services
- PC fundamental tools (MS Office
- Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Structured systems analysis, design, programming and testing
- Understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Familiarity with Software development principles, object-oriented programming concepts and coding best practices
- Analyze business problems
- Demonstrating strong analytical and investigative ability
- Communicate effectively in a business setting
- Evaluate information systems and understand the inter-dependences between components
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a test, development or production environment
- Write procedures and technical materials
- Perform a variety of concurrent activities effectively
