Rival Insurance Technology is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of software solutions to brokers, MGAs, and carriers, we are looking for someone with a background in Insurtech. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, understanding client needs, and guiding the enhancement of our software to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, industry benchmarks, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for software innovation.
- Collaborate with clients and development teams to gather and document software requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and recommending innovative solutions to optimize software functionality.
- Contribute to testing efforts by providing guidance on user acceptance testing and validating that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication and understanding.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the software insurance industry and knowledge of broker management systems.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving innovation.
- Adaptable and flexible in responding to dynamic business demands.
