Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Business Analyst to join our Global Development – SCRIP team within our Computershare Technology Services (CTS) group.
CTS is responsible for providing global technology and infrastructure support for existing Computershare proprietary software together with a full range of development services for new products. We underpin Computershare's total service package through creative technology applications that are deployed at all stages of the financial market cycle.

A role you will love
In this role you will report to the Global BA Manager (SCRIP) and one of your core responsibilities is to understand the needs of Computershare’s business and technology stakeholders. You’ll also define the changes required to deliver solutions that address these needs. You will also lead and facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders and end users to identify and prioritize requirements.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Using agile practices to stay responsive to business needs and to deliver value incrementally
- Finding innovative ways to solve problems and to shape the delivery
- Writing high-quality, clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to form a well organized Product Backlog that is prioritized according to business objectives
- Contributing to the Analyst community, embracing change and sharing knowledge with a network of stakeholders
- Assisting in the development of BA team competency
What will you bring to the role?
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment
- Experience liaising with stakeholders to elicit requirements, use of system design concepts, propose solutions and translate these for other members of the development team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relay information with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences

- Business Analyst related certifications
