ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- Analyze client information to identify potential improvement areas and partner with internal team to design solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define business requirements.
- Identify and validate new opportunities through data analysis and assessments in partnership with the internal team and clients.
- Provide insights to build compelling business cases for new products or product enhancements for clients.
- Assist with the complete bid process, from RFI/RFP analysis to win plan development.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and project plans.
- Oversee project progress, proactively address roadblocks, and ensure successful implementations.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and growth teams to create impactful client-facing materials.
- Champion these materials to internal teams to support client pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with finance, MIS, and reporting teams to extract, build, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
- Validate and analyze data to provide fact-based insights to leadership.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative business analysis.
QualificationsWho You Are:

Proven Problem Solver: You have 5-6 years of experience (or equivalent combination) in technology and product management, ideally within healthcare IT, claims processing, or data analytics.

Technical Acumen: You have hands-on experience with systems and software implementation.
