New Hampshire Housing is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to strengthen organizational capacity and help advance enterprise initiatives focused on process improvement, system optimization, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies—including AI-enabled solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting initiatives that contribute to our mission. In this role, you will:
- Analyze business operations, workflows, procedures, and systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and improved outcomes.
- Partner with leadership and cross-divisional stakeholders to establish priorities aligned with organizational strategy.
- Support and advance process improvement and AI-related initiatives, helping evaluate use cases, impacts, and readiness across the organization.
- Serve as a Business Lead on medium to large initiatives, collaborating with the Project Management Office, Business Technology (BT), vendors, and end users.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Support system implementations by developing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing, and presenting findings to project teams.
To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment may be conducted in-office. Following this period, Tuesday and Thursday are required in office days with remote opportunities the rest of the week.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
- Experience managing large-scale ERP or enterprise system implementations is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to analyze business processes, operational needs, and technical systems
- Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and guidance.
