DescriptionHealthPartners is hiring a Business Analyst – HealthPartners Website. The Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of high-quality digital experiences by partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritize IT initiatives, and support change-management activities, including securing necessary approvals and documentation.
The position is integral to maintaining and optimizing the HealthPartners public website, working closely with Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and content publishing teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand experiences that make it easy for customers to find and engage with our services. In addition to supporting ongoing enhancements and operational priorities for healthpartners.com, this role collaborates with Care digital teams to improve the end-to-end scheduling experience, from initial campaign engagement and public entry points through authenticated workflows, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
The Analyst will also contribute to key strategic initiatives, including the “Care Refresh” project, which focuses on modernizing and enhancing the care delivery section of the HealthPartners website to better meet evolving customer needs.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and critical thinking skills, experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders such as Legal, Risk and Compliance, and IT. The individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic project work, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field; or 4+ years of equivalent IT experience
- One (1) year of Business Analyst experience and two (2) years of IT or marketing/communications experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational, detail management, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize work, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a system-thinking approach
- Hands-on experience working with databases, programming languages, and/or end-user software in a networked environment.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages
