The Business Analyst II supports the delivery of enhancements and defect resolutions for the Connect Close platform by documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting with solution validation. Working closely with Product Managers, Senior Business Analysts, Development, and QA teams, this role helps ensure business needs are accurately translated into actionable work items.
This role is ideal for individuals developing expertise in title, escrow, settlement, and closing workflows while building foundational business analysis skills.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items from discovery sessions.
Maintain requirements documentation and supporting artifacts.
Update Jira work items with relevant business context.
Document current and future-state workflows.
