The Business Analyst II will report to the Lead Business Analyst.
As the Business Analyst II, you will:
- Drive insights that influence business strategy—not just report on data
- Identify root causes behind performance trends and recommend actions that improve outcomes
- Build and evolve core metrics, dashboards, and analyses that shape decision-making
- Partner with product, operations, and leadership to turn data into clear direction
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and push them toward structured, actionable solutions
About You:
- 3+ years in a data-focused role (analytics, BI, consulting, finance, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinker who can go beyond tasks to drive strategy
- Comfortable working with SQL to explore and analyze data
- Able to communicate insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset—you don’t wait for direction, you create it
Even Better:
- Experience with forecasting or modeling
- Python or R experience
- Fintech or financial services exposure

- This role will be based in the US.
Compensation:
A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary based on the roles location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location and budget. This range may be modified in the future.
Salary Range: $105,000 - 131,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and equity.
