Overview

Nakupuna Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst II to work as a member of an Agile Project Delivery team to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize complex technical information; support project management tasks leveraging PMI principles for monitoring and reporting on various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Planning, Implementation, Testing, Documentation; analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement; create, track and ensure timely delivery of project documentation; build cross-team coalitions; and support change management activities.

Apply PMI Project Management principles for managing, communicating, and reporting on project goals, schedule, scope, risks, and changes for client deliverables.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to create reports and professional documents that communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
Work with technical staff to interpret, organize and draft supporting documents for client meetings and presentations.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases to support analytics and project metrics reporting capabilities.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Synthesize complex technical information into lay terms.
Develop and distribute documentation to internal and external stakeholders to build understanding of technical concepts.
Work with team management to prioritize business and information needs.
Use judgement to select the best communication medium to convey content; may include use of graphics, diagrams, charts, etc.
Standardization of content with a high level of attention to detail allowing for delivery of documentation with minimal error.
Participate in daily Agile team meetings and client and milestone meetings to maintain ongoing awareness of project status.
Demonstrate problem solving skills when facing impediments.
