Description
As a Business Analyst, you research and analyze current business and industry trends, and support the development and execution of business strategies or business case development. You gather information relevant to our business, break down the information, make comparisons between similar and dissimilar options, and identify the option that is most desirable for achieving the objectives. You articulate conflicts between the goals and objectives of the stakeholders by understanding the nature of the problem and its underlying assumptions and have the foresight to anticipate future business issues or concerns. You collaborate across teams, partnering with stakeholders to define strategies and success metrics. As a subject matter expert in business and data analytics, you exhibit comprehensive knowledge of principles and best in class practices to address issues or evaluate impact on the organization. Responsibilities include:
- Drive and recommend data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence leadership and business decision-making by presenting insights and market trends.
- Drive the development of company-wide opportunities such as evaluating new market and product opportunities to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Design and implement various internal and external integrations between business objectives, and design and build strategies that support these business systems.
- Drive responses to ad-hoc data requests, answering questions, and providing technical support, analyses and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Drive strategic analysis, defining ways to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution within relevant PA, function, or sub-function.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
