This position is in Dallas, TX in a hybrid working model.
Spring Application Period: Monday, January 18th, 2026 – Friday, February 27th, 2026
Your future duties and responsibilities:
How you’ll make an impact:
• Learn about our industry, clients, organizational structure, and business objectives.
• Work with project teams to analyze client requirements, procedures, and challenges.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and assist in translating findings into actionable insights.
• Support testing activities and document defects for resolution.
• Contribute to client deliverables, including user manuals, training materials, and reports.
• Provide onsite client consulting and support when needed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
What you’ll need:
● Currently enrolled as a Junior in credits at an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor's degree.
● We welcome all majors; however, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems, have historically been a strong fit.
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Collaborative mindset with flexibility to work in fast-changing environments.
● Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.
