As a Business Analyst you will be a critical part of our organization by serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. This role focuses on understanding business processes, particularly those supported by ERP systems—identifying opportunities for improvement and helping deliver process changes and IT enhancements that improve operational efficiency and data quality.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with internal development and application teams, support IT projects from requirements definition through user acceptance, and help ensure ERP solutions such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms meet business needs and are successfully adopted.
This role is an in-office position (no remote work) and is well suited for an entry-to-mid-level professional looking to build hands-on experience in business analysis, ERP systems, and traditional IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
Business Process & ERP Analysis
· Learn and understand core business processes across functions such as finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
· Analyze how business processes are supported by ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
· Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in processes and system configurations.
· Assist in documenting current-state and future-state business processes and system workflows.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
· Elicit business requirements through interviews, meetings, and process walkthroughs.
· Translating business needs into clearly defined functional and business requirements.
· Document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria using standard IT documentation
