Job Description:
- The Business System Analyst leads the analysis and design for the customer production environment. Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors
- The Business System Analyst will be responsible for the customer solution and lead the triage meetings to provide analysis and appropriate solutions per the customer business needs.
- The Business System Analyst will become an expert in the Sapiens software application/s and use the core system functionalities to support customer’s business process and requirements.
- The Business System Analyst will work closely with project management, development, and testing teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the defined solutions.
- The Business System Analyst collaborates with service and operations to establish and maintain flawless day-to-day business operations
Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience.
- At least 3 years of customer facing experience.
- Experience as a Functional Business System Analyst including requirement and solution definition
- Excellent analytical skills
- High proficiency with SQL and database management (RDBMS is MUST, others are advantage)
- Knowledge and experience working at Agile environment & methodology; familiarity with support working tools (e.g. Jira).
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of enterprise software solution packages.
- Experience in working in a global environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have – Background at Life Insurance market.
