Business Analyst – Legacy Applications ||Harrisburg, PA || Remote || Contract
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and testing of several legacy applications.
Responsibilities
- Reverse-engineer legacy applications and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams, and test scenarios.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, security, and accessibility test cases.
- Document defects and help validate application fixes.
- Perform WCAG 2.2 accessibility gap analysis and validation.
- Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
- Use AI tools to accelerate requirements documentation and test case creation.
- Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Manage multiple applications, priorities, risks, and deliverables.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience or equivalent education/technical experience.
- Strong experience with business requirements, user stories, and test cases.
- Experience working with legacy applications and reverse engineering.
- Experience with functional/UAT/regression testing.
- Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to use and validate AI-generated requirements and documentation.
