As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge solutions within our cloud-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). Working with your team of requirements analysts, designers, developers, and testers and alongside experienced business analysts, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to support the Air Force.

You Have:
3+ years of experience as a business analyst or process improvement practitioner
Experience using SysML or similar modeling language
Experience using Microsoft Products, including Visio and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization, such as process maps and frameworks
Ability to conduct research and evaluate options for action
Ability to independently assess existing system functionality, including user experience and data relationships
Ability to present concepts, including verbal or written, to varied audiences using logical and persuasive language
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience performing root cause analyses or supporting rapid process improvement events
Experience creating tickets and developing queries in Azure DevOps
Knowledge of nuclear compatibility, surety, or operational processes
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and procedures
