We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives within a highly regulated aerospace/defense-style environment. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making, process improvement, and operational performance.
This is not a pure IT or dashboard-focused role. We are looking for analysts who understand operations, financial modeling, and compliance-driven business environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial modeling, budgeting, and operational performance analysis
Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership on strategic initiatives
