Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation by overseeing the establishment and stewardship of enterprise data assets, including infrastructure, repositories, and web services.
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison with the Division of Technology Services (DTS), ensuring infrastructure aligns with our mission-critical business needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, best practices, and continuous process improvement.
- Design and maintain advanced analytic methods to evaluate enterprise data, ensuring insights drive informed agency decisions.
- Develop and manage data dictionaries, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Anticipate and assess the impact of new software, recommending enhancements and technical solutions that optimize our systems.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying problem areas and collaborating with support teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide high-level technical guidance to management and end-users, while overseeing system security, configurations, and user permissions.
- Coordinate standards compliance and evaluate vendor products to select projects that maximize software functionality and cost-effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
