The US Payroll organization is seeking a Business Analyst (P5) to drive strategic system enhancements, lead major payroll transformation initiatives, oversee high‑impact regulatory and process-driven changes, and guide cross-functional efforts that advance payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
This role serves as a strategic leader, program owner, and subject matter authority, partnering closely with US Payroll leadership, HR, Finance, Timekeeping, and enterprise technology groups to align payroll capabilities with organizational priorities. The Business Analyst provides direction to project teams, elevates decision-making, and ensures end‑to‑end delivery of critical payroll solutions at scale.
What You Will Do
Strategic Project & Program Leadership
Lead large-scale US Payroll initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
Oversee cross-functional program teams, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and effective risk management.
Drive prioritization, resourcing, and governance for key payroll programs.
Present program outcomes, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Systems & Business Analysis Leadership
Oversee the development of business requirements, functional designs, and solution architectures for system enhancements, regulatory updates, process optimization, and technology upgrades.
Provide expert analysis of payroll systems and workflows; drive decisions that improve accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
