About the Role:
Aquila Technology is seeking a Business / Data Analyst to support one of the nation's premier defense research organizations. The team is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to support the administration, operation, and adoption of the organization enterprise Generative AI platforms. This individual will play a key role in ensuring researchers and staff can effectively leverage AI services by providing exceptional customer support, managing platform configuration and user access, coordinating with software vendors, and helping drive successful adoption across the organization. This person will help identifying the user demands and work with the manager to appropriately add to the AI roadmap. They will work closely with end users, software vendors, cybersecurity, and internal development teams to resolve issues, configure AI platforms, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
Must Have
- Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Clearance Level: Currently holds a Secret Clearance (OR a higher clearance)
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication
- 5 years - Experience creating and updating documentation
- 3 years - Generative AI technologies and enterprise AI platforms knowledge
- 5 years - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills across a diverse technology stack
- 3 years - Technical customer support
- 5 years - Troubleshooting skills
- 5 years - Administering enterprise SaaS platforms (user management and role-based access control)
- 5 years - Enterprise software platform support
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools
- Agile Development Process
- End user support for and prioritization
- Supporting AI platform adoption within a research, government, or FFRDC
