Major Responsibilities:
Collaborates with team to implement detailed plans and recommends policies/procedures regarding program specific requirements.
Researches, collects and analyses data for reporting the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Facilitate and acts as supportive management of project streams across various project domains including business process re-engineering, data management, test management, interface management, reporting and training/communications.
Enables and upholds project team staff regarding data requirements for the future state solution, data analysis of the existing data in the City that requires cleansing, mapping and approaches to prevent data inaccuracies in the current and future state solution.
Works with Divisions to drive data migration, cleansing, transformation and load to future state solution.
Utilizes technology to analyze data and/or metrics from applicable systems to review data processes, identify issues, determine actions to resolve or escalate problems that require system or process improvements.
Documents Divisional impacts based on the future state processes based on the degree of change from the current state process.
Leads the documentation of project deliverables based on the work packages assigned by the Manager. Works in partnership with the implementation vendors.
Collaborates with internal and external customers to elicit requirements for the future state solutions. Works with consultants, staff, and other key partner in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and the development of future state design solutions.
