Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Lubbock, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Hours: 40–45 hours per week About the Role We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll build and support reporting, dashboards, data sources, and analysis that help teams understand performance, identify opportunities, solve problems, and make better decisions. Your work will directly support teams that help deliver an exceptional customer experience across West Texas. What You’ll Do Partner with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and develop practical data solutions Build and maintain dashboards, reports, data sources, and self-service reporting tools Write SQL queries and analyze data to answer business questions and identify trends Transform raw data into reliable, useful sources for reporting and analysis Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and process improvements Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and provide ongoing stakeholder support Communicate project progress, challenges, and next steps clearly Develop documentation, walkthroughs, and training materials to help users get the most from BI tools Continuously improve the accuracy, usability, and value of reporting and data solutions Why This Role Matters This isn't just a reporting position.
