Your Role:

If you enjoy surfacing key business insights through BI tools, data modeling, and AI, while working in a fast-paced environment where change is constant, for a market leader in one of the fastest growing sectors in tech, then this is the role for you.


This new role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Treasure Dataโ€™s BI tool dashboards, including both the underlying data architecture/modeling, and the resulting end user visualizations.


The ideal candidate will combine engineering and BI visualization expertise, integration know-how across our evolving tech stack, and requirements gathering and collaboration skills with cross-functional team members, to bring business insights to life in ways business leaders can easily digest and act upon.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Possess a strong understanding of GTM (Go-to-Market) metrics and the ability to effectively articulate their implications or what levers to pull to improve them.
  • Develop scalable and accurate data models to support ongoing reporting and analysis of GTM performance.
  • Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data warehouse architectures.
  • Build and maintain insightful dashboards tailored for senior leadership, providing actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions to gather, define, and standardize metrics for consistent reporting and analysis.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in leveraging AI LLM Agents to optimize and enhance Revenue Operations productivity.


Required Qualifications:

  • Tableau and/or Looker Certified Data Analyst/Associate certification, or 4-5+ years of Tableau Creator or Looker Developer experience.
  • Proficient in SQL, with 3-4+ years of experience (PostgreSQL or PrestoDB preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience working with raw CRM (SFDC/HubSpot) data objects outside of native CRM reports.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing best practices and scalable data architecture principles.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics.
  • CDP experience preferred.


Physical Requirements:ย 

  • Within 1 hour commute of New York or London; must be in office 3x per week


Travel Requirements:ย 

  • Up to 1 in-person team meeting per quarter (New York, or London)
