Position Summary:
As a Business Intelligence Engineer you will work to identify opportunities for improvement and drive execution of continuous improvement initiatives including service reliability, process efficiencies, organizational velocity, and cost effectiveness via our Operational Readiness program.
You will be using a data driven approach to initiate and measure improvement efforts across the entire SPS Commerce organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working with dev teams to monitor, build, and improve operational Key Performance Indicators
- Measure, operate and ensure adherence to critical business processes such as Change Management, Incident Management and Operational Confidence
- Promote change to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
- Develop and deliver highly effective data analysis and reporting for recurring and ad hoc needs.
