Under supervision of the Revenue Applications Manager, leads analysis and optimization of business processes tied to the Park Authority’s revenue collecting operations. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate requirements, and ensure operational workflows are accurately supported within revenue collecting systems. Partners closely with the Technical Systems Analyst to ensure business requirements are reflected in system configuration, enhancements, and vendor-delivered solutions. Conducts continuous evaluation of business practices, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience. Coordinates user training, supports management change, and works with technical and vendor teams to ensure system functionality meets business goals. Provides strategic input to guide future operational and system related planning.
