Duties include data entry, updating, reviewing, researching, verifying, and retrieving data across various systems to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality. Makes outbound calls to customers to verify billing, delivery details, and address accuracy.Ā

The pay scale the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting is $20/hr to $22/hr and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and other business or organizational needs.
