About the Team
It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they're doing. At Workday, we're committed to bringing passion for data and a focus on actionable insights to the Marketing organization. Our Content Marketing Analytics team plays a key role in helping the broader Marketing team understand what's working, where to invest, and how to continuously improve the content experiences we create for our audiences.
We help shape content strategy through data—turning complex performance metrics into clear, meaningful recommendations that guide how we plan, create, and distribute content. Whether it's identifying what resonates with our audiences, tracking performance against goals, or uncovering new opportunities through digital analytics, our work directly influences how Workday shows up in the market.
We work hard, and we're serious about what we do. But we like to have a good time, too. In fact, we run our company with that principle in mind every day: one of our core values is fun.
